Ezio Community Development Services is helping homeowners improve the beautification of their homes
and neighborhoods. This is achieved by partnering with general contractors and homeowners to implement landscaping improvements, remodel upgrades and essential repairs that can improve living conditions for families, children, and elderly residents.

Thank you for your interest in our grant process. Complete the information below, pay the $25 non-refundable application fee and download the application. The completed checklist, application, required documents and fee receipt must be submitted to ECDS by May 17, 2024.
